I didn’t manage to take thirteen pictures today, in part because I’m struggling with website problems! I also think it’s the cold and shorter days that make it harder for me to shoot. Especially with my little Rebel that tries valiantly to manage in low light, but struggles. So here’s a variation on the theme.

They are wheat-free and dairy-free, adapted from the chocolate cake recipe in the Betty Crocker cookbook, using Earth Balance and rice, coconut, and amaranth flours.
