For the third year in a row, I’m participating in the Clickinmoms Project 52 (affiliate link, thank you!). For the third year in a row, the first week prompt is to create a self portrait. It’s a good idea, so we can get to know one another in the group.
I made some headshots early in the week, thinking I’d like to replace my 2 year old avatar (which I made for my very first CM Project 52 Week 1 at the beginning of 2014) but I’m not sure I like it, so I’m glad I had time to do a second selfie photoshoot.
Here I am in one of my favorite places, in front of my computer, playing in Lightroom. Actually, I’m just posing, but I probably look quite like this while I’m working in Lightroom (and Photoshop!). 😀 In the stack beside me are a couple of scrapbooks I just had printed last month, containing all my 2013-2015 pages, two photography books I’m currently reading, Chris Orwig’s The Creative Fight and David DeChemin’s The Visual Toolbox (which I’ve decided to use to structure my Project 365), and the novel I’m currently reading, All The Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr.
So my Project 52 is off to a good start! I’m going to complete all 52 weeks this year!
